I am a small Filipino artist from CanadaMy art is a reflection of what I find comfort in. I got my username from my maiden name mixed with the word "Sol" which represents the sun. TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Commissions and products received are for personal use only2. As the artist, @solmiento, I have the right to share the finished projects and its creative process for promotional purposes.3. Payments must be completed in CAD through PayPal invoices, paid in full upfront before any work on commission can begin.
3a. Within the PayPal invoice, there are further terms stating the product will be for personal use, commercial use is prohibited unless discussed with the artist and new price is agreed upon.4. Once the payment has been processed, the client has a limit of 24 hours to request a full refund. This is to protect artists from wasted time and labour.
4a. If the client requests a refund before the project has begun, a refund may be issued if requested.5. The client will receive a) digital PNG files of the early sketch, and process files from revision period and b) the finished commission with the agreed upon resolution.5a. A maximum of 2 major revision requests are allowed upon receiving commission progress updates. I reserve the right to require additional fees should the client go over this limit, so please be decisive.
5b. A commission will not be progressed between revision periods until the client gives the direct indication that the piece is ready to move forward.
5c. Once moved forward, the client cannot request revision for that past stage of the commission.6. All finished files received by the client will be in .PNG format.7. I reserve the right to refuse a commission or terminate a commission if I find that the client is failing to be respectful, a threat to my safety, a suspect of being a scammer, or if the client refuses to communicate for the progress updates.8. The art I produce cannot be redistributed for financial or social profit by the client.8a. The use of my art to submit to AI software to produce new images is strictly prohibited.8b. The client will not subject the artist's artwork to NFT-related purposes.
